Shipping Overview / Terms We ship primarily UPS Ground Service, with small orders (under 2 LBS.) usually shipped via US Postal Service - First Class Mail Parcel Service or
Priority Mail. We can ship USPS Express Mail, UPS Next Day Air, Second Day Air or 3 Day Select. Shipment by DHL International, Fed Ex available on request. There may be associated pickup charges with FedEx and
DHL however since we do not have regular pickups with these Carriers. Most orders are shipped the same day they are received (remember we are on Eastern US time). Freight estimates are available for telephone orders.
We do not offer COD. We can bill UPS freight Collect if you have a valid UPS Account.
We only charge the actual carrier freight rates based on destination, package weight, shipping method, and Insurance on high value orders. We do not add any additional handling or processing fees, you pay the actual
Carrier rates (with the exception of 1st Class Mail service)*.
For receiving your shipment we recommend using a commercial shipping address if possible. This will save time and expense on freight, since UPS and other Carriers restrict delivery and up-charge rates for many
residential addresses. Additionally “Rural Residential” addresses are charged extra fees by UPS, whereas all commercial addresses are charged a single lower commercial rate.
Service surcharges incurred after shipment is tendered to Carrier, such as Residential up-charges, as determined by UPS will be passed on to customer. UPS only allows commercial delivery rates to true commercial
locations. For example, businesses operated from a home, delivery to Dormitories, Parish dwellings are all considered residential by UPS.
Customer is responsible for any additional shipping surcharges assessed by Carrier to be billed after shipment has been tendered to Carrier: Correct full address must be provided at time of order. Or, if you have
moved and do not indicate new address at time of new order, any redirection or redelivery charges by Carrier are the Customer’s responsibility. Currently UPS charges an $11.00 (subject to adjustment by UPS)
address correction fee for any missing Consignee information such as apartment number or incorrect street spelling as determined by Carrier. Undeliverable packages which are returned to us for any of the above
reasons may also incur “Undeliverable Package Return Charge” by Carrier which will be passed on to Customer.
Refused or undeliverable parcels will be charged any of the above applicable charges as well as original outbound freight and a 15% restocking fee on product returned to us if not
reshipped with the exception of frozen items and chemicals which are not refundable.
