Shipping Overview
We ship primarily UPS Ground Service, with small orders (under 2 LBS.) usually shipped via US Postal Service - Priority Mail. We can ship USPS Express Mail,
UPS Next Day Air, Second Day Air or 3 Day Select. Shipment by DHL or Fed Ex available on request. there may be associated pickup charges with FedEx however since they do not have regular pickups here. Most
orders are shipped the same day they are received (remember we are on Eastern US time). Freight estimates are available for telephone orders.
We only charge the actual freight costs based on package weight, shipping method, and Insurance on high value orders. We do not add any additional handling or processing fees, you pay the actual Carrier rates. For
receiving your shipment we recommend using a commercial shipping address if possible. This will save time and money on your freight costs, since UPS and other Carriers restrict delivery and up-charge rates for many
residential addresses. “Rural Residential” addresses are charged additional fees by UPS, whereas all commercial addresses are charged a single lower commercial rate.
