We do not accept checks nor money orders.

Calling us with Credit Card payment is the fastest and most precise way of getting the products you need. If you wish to pay by PayPal or ZELLE you must include your full name, shipping address and telephone number in your Order request.

3. E-Mail your order directly to us but DO NOT SEND CREDIT CARD information this way. E-mail is not a secure method of transmitting Credit Card info. We will contact you regarding your order and payment method. If you would like to use PayPal, call or send us an e-mail we will reply to your e-mail with a PayPal Invoice requesting payment.
We can also accept Zelle Bank transfers.
Email or call us with your order and we will reply with an Order Confirmation and instructions to pay by Zelle.

& Sales Terms

We ship primarily UPS Ground or FedEx Ground, with the exception of small orders (under 2 LBS.) usually shipped via US Postal Service - First Class Mail Parcel Service or Priority Mail. We can ship USPS Express Mail, UPS Next Day Air, Second Day Air or 3 Day Select or FedEx Express 1 day or 2 day or 3 day Air Serivce. DHL International is also available on special request but there will be associated pickup charges with DHL however. We are on Eastern US time and FedEx picks up earlier in the day. Freight estimates are available for telephone orders.

We do not offer COD. We do not offer Freight Collect nor 3rd Party billing on freight. All shipping charges are due and payable at time of shipment.

We only charge the actual Carrier freight rates based on destination, package weight, shipping method, and Insurance. We do not add any additional handling or processing fees, you pay the actual Carrier rates (with the exception of USPS  1st Class Mail service Parcel Select and some Priority Mail and Express Mail Services)*

There is no minimum charge for orders.

For receiving your shipment we recommend using a commercial shipping address if possible. This will save time and expense on freight, since UPS and other Carriers restrict delivery and up-charge rates for many residential addresses. Additionally “Rural Residential” addresses are charged extra fees by UPS, whereas all commercial addresses are charged a single lower commercial rate.

Service surcharges incurred after shipment is tendered to Carrier, such as Residential up-charges, as determined by UPS will be passed on to customer. UPS only allows commercial delivery rates to true commercial locations. For example, businesses operated from a home, delivery to Dormitories, Parish dwellings are all considered residential by UPS.

Customer is responsible for any additional shipping surcharges assessed by Carrier to be billed after shipment has been tendered to Carrier:
Correct full address must be provided at time of order. Or, if you have moved and do not indicate new address at time of new order, any redirection or redelivery charges by Carrier are the Customer’s responsibility. Currently UPS charges an $18.00 (subject to adjustment by UPS) address correction fee for any missing Consignee information such as apartment number or incorrect street spelling as determined by Carrier. Undeliverable packages which are returned to us for any of the above reasons may also incur “Undeliverable Package Return Charge” by Carrier which will be passed on to Customer.

Refused or undeliverable parcels will be charged any of the above applicable charges as well as original outbound freight and a 15% restocking fee on product returned to us if not reshipped with the exception of frozen items, special order items and chemicals which are not refundable.

UPS has recently instituted a policy where they will deliver to designated “Access Point” locations near Consignee address in the event the UPS driver determines it is unsafe to leave package at Consignee address. We recommend leaving a note on your door with instructions for UPS when you expect package to arrive if you are not home or if you may not notice when UPS arrives with your package.

All sales are final once shipped or at time of order for special order items. Any returns must be authorized by JEHM Co., Inc. prior to any warranty or return. Many warranty items are handled directly through the original manufacturer of the item. Call us to determine warranty status.  Frozen foods, special order items  and chemicals are not returnable. There is a 15% re-stocking fee on all returnable items to cover original and return processing costs. Returns must be received in good unused condition and in original packaging. Products must not be returned to us without outer shipping  box. Do not ship in manufacturer’s product box without an outer shipping container. Shortages or damage must be reported to us within 7 days of receipt of shipment.

* For First Class Mail Parcel and Parcel Select services:
First Class Mail Parcels weighing under 16 oz. domestic and 64 oz. international and all weights Parcel Select packages, $1.50 is added per parcel for packaging costs.

E-Commerce (Shopping cart)
We do not offer a Shopping Cart function at this time. We do however offer online ordering by using PayPal
Send us an e-mail with desired products along with your complete name, shipping address and telephone number (telephone number is needed just in case we need to contact you quickly with a question concerning your order).

We do our best to process your order in a timely manner. PayPal can delay the shipping of your order especially if we cannot contact you by phone  if there is a problem with the order. When requesting PayPal payment method, make sure you provide us with the correct e-mail address which you use for PayPal.

PayPal payment must be initiated within two days of receiving our Order Confirmation to be considered a completed transaction. If we do not receive payment within two days we reserve the right to cancel your order and return the products back to our Inventory. Future requests for PayPal payment method can be refused and Credit Card terms apply for the delayed payment order and all subsequent orders.

Once we have your order we will send an Order Confirmation and a PayPal Invoice to your e-mail address that you supply. Do not make payment until you receive our order confirmation/Invoice and separate email from PayPal request for payment. If you are unsure of the items you are ordering it is always better to call us to place the order if you can. This insures you get it right the first time rather than the many back and forth correspondences possible with email or worse, getting a product which is not what you expected. The old fashioned telephone can still be more efficient then newer digital era technologies. It is also much more friendly so please feel free to call us with your order.
